We’re currently looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our team to drive ServiceNow sales activities and lead our Agiro’s business development capability.


The perfect candidate should be a customer focused, self-motivated quick learner and be passionately driven to find and land new and exciting sales opportunities to clients not only in Australia but globally as well.


We have strong established processes and support frameworks and as the right candidate will be part of a fast-paced growing company they will need to be able to work autonomously as well as part of the greater team.


The person with the right fit will be:


A strong communicator with strong skills via phone and email/virtual

A proven out-the-box problem solver

Responsible for ServiceNow Proof of Concept POC & demo management

Comfortable providing solution presentations to clients (all levels i.e., from Devs to C suite)

Responsible for tender response proposal pack development/updating

Driving and supporting outbound sales initiatives

Able to prospect and find new customer opportunities

Be able to deliver customer facing presentations

2.5+ years of Sales experience

ServiceNow Sales/BD support

Proven past experience meeting sales targets

Management of Sale portfolio’s 1M+

Executive stakeholder management

ServiceNow solutioning

Pipeline management




ServiceNow CSA

ITIL v3/4

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 3 years of relevant work experience


We’re offering an attractive package + commission and we’d be open to discuss potential revenue and equity sharing for anyone who has an established ServiceNow client base. Prior consulting experience is a plus, but we’re open to chat to anyone who has the skills, passion and drive to take their career to the next level!
