We are on the lookout for someone to join our ServiceNow technical team to help with development and architectural activities but who also doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves and helping out the team with project management and customer engagement when needed!
We’re looking for someone who is a self-motivated, quick learner and passionately driven to find and deliver new and exciting solutions for our clients.
We have strong established processes and support frameworks and as the right candidate will be part of a fast-paced growing company they will need to be able to work autonomously as well as part of the team.
Having experience managing a team would be handy as we have multiple offshore teams across the globe.
The person with the right fit will be:
A strong communicator with verbal and written skills
A proven out-the-box problem solver
Comfortable providing solution presentations to clients (all levels i.e., from Devs to C suite)
Comfortable with business proposal pack development/updating
Be able to facilitate customer workshops
Comfortable in providing ServiceNow platform demonstrations
Creating and maintaining technical documentation
Has knowledge of Agile development methodology
Has minimum ServiceNow system administration certification and has experience (Nice to have but not mandatory) across different modules like ITSM, CSM, HR, Portal, Custom Apps etc.
Be able to provide ServiceNow testing and UAT coordination
Be comfortable working virtually/remotely
Minimum 2 years on the ServiceNow platform
Workshop or training facilitation
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (not essential)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 3 years of relevant work experience
