The Agiro team, working in close collaboration with the University of Sydney, has been able to help them on their critical path to enterprise wide digitisation.
Agiro is currently involved in the digital transformation of Research and Student lifecycle management processes across the University.
  • The team has 7 ServiceNow offshore developers (supported by the Agiro leadership team and their engagement parter Data#3) that are working full-time with multiple business units in delivering services to both students and end users.

 

  • This first phase is a CSM based project with complex integrations with other systems, the University is planning to extend the ServiceNow platform capability through to other processes and divisions across their current landscape.
